Dr. Muhammad Syafrudin
Title: Leveraging AI for Inclusive and Sustainable Development in the Digital Era
Position/Affiliation: Assistant Professor, Sejong University
Dr. Syafrudin received the B.S. degree from UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Indonesia, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from Dongguk University, South Korea, in 2019. He was an Assistant Professor with Dongguk University, from 2019 to 2022. He has been an Assistant Professor with Sejong University, since 2022. With over ten years of experience in industrial artificial intelligence, data intelligence, industrial analytics, and informatics, his research has been published in journals, such as ESWA, AEJ, COMPAG, Food Control, Mathematics, etc. He is listed among Stanford/Elsevier's Top 2% Scientists for 2024 and 2025 in Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing. He serves as a guest editor and a reviewer for Scopus- and SCI-indexed journals.

Dr. Carmela Bernardo
Title: Fake News Analysis Through Topic Modeling and Graph-Based Centrality
Position/Affiliation: University of Sannio, Italy
Carmela Bernardo received the Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Sannio, Benevento, Italy, in 2015 and 2018, and the Ph.D. in Systems and Control Engineering from the same university in 2022. From 2022 to 2024, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Linkoping University, Linkoping, Sweden. Since 2024, she has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Sannio, Benevento, Italy. Her research interests include dynamics of networked systems and complex network analysis.

Dr. Mustafa Takaoğlu
Title: Next-Generation Approaches in Blockchain Technologies and Institutional Applications
He received his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees from Istanbul Aydın University, Department of Computer Engineering. Between 2019 and 2022, he worked as an academician and Director of IAU Blockchain Application and Research Center at Istanbul Aydın University and has published numerous academic publications and events. His research interests include data science, data security, distributed ledger technologies, blockchain architectures, blockchain cryptology, tokenization, custody services, CMB regulation studies, blockchain standards studies (ISO), blockchain ethics, distributed ledger technologies based sustainability strategies for regenerative growth. He also lectured at undergraduate level on technology at different universities as part of the Ministry's Sector on Campus Program. As of 2022, he has taken administrative and technical responsibilities as an expert researcher, technical leader and project manager at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM UEKAE Blockchain Laboratory.
